If you encounter something illegal on the Internet, on a web site, or in a chat room, don’t ignore it!
Your notification will be placed into our database and we will process it further. After evaluating the contents of the notification, we will judge whether or not to hand it over to the Police of the Czech Republic. This decision will be based on whether or not this notification deals with the potential breach of Czech legal regulations. If this is the case, measures will be taken to remove the illegal content from the Internet. If foreign web pages are concerned, the notification will be sent to the partners we work with in the relevant country. The data about the sender of notification will be kept in secrecy.
